Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information technology that functions to collect, manage, store, and present all data related to the geographical conditions of an area that develops online. Many agencies have not utilized Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to obtain the information needed, including the Simalungun Regency Agriculture Office. The Agriculture Office of Simalungun Regency does not yet have a system that can map people's oil palm plantations, it is difficult to find out information on the location of people's oil palm plantations, the distance to the location of people's oil palm plantations is very far. With the various problems that exist, the purpose of creating a Geographic Information System (GIS) is to be able to assist the Simalungun Regency Agriculture Office in processing data, to improve performance in monitoring people's oil palm plantations to be more efficient and effective, and make it easier to obtain information or access to data on people's oil palm plantations. This system design uses the waterfall method which includes software requirements analysis, design, program code generation, testing, support or maintenance. The results obtained with this system allow users to see various community oil palm plantations in the Simalungun Regency area which are accompanied by the name of the sub-district, address, number of farmers, harvest production, coordinate points, and routes to the location of the website-based community oil palm plantations.
