The management of waqf land at Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) in Bandar Pulau District still faces several challenges, particularly in information transparency, data visualization, and manual documentation systems. This study aims to understand the current waqf land data collection process, design a geographic information system (GIS) for mapping waqf assets, and create a digital archive to improve data accuracy. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The result of this study is the development of a WebGIS based on Leaflet.js, using PHP CodeIgniter 4, HTML, and CSS, which enables the digital mapping of waqf land. The system also includes an online waqf submission feature and has three user levels: the public, the head of KUA, and the admin. Testing using the black-box method shows that the system functions properly. With this system, the transparency, visualization, and documentation of waqf land can be improved, making it easier for the public and KUA officials to manage waqf asset information more efficiently.
