Indonesia as an agricultural country has great potential in the agricultural sector, including in watermelon cultivation. The selection of the right fertilizer greatly affects the productivity of watermelon plants, but there are still many farmers who choose fertilizers subjectively without a clear analytical basis. The main problem in this research is how to build a decision support system based on the TOPSIS method to help kiosk owners determine the best fertilizer for farmers. This research was conducted by collecting data through interviews, observations, and literature studies, and implementing a web-based system using PHP and MySQL to process fertilizer data based on the criteria of nutrient content, price, soil type, and climate. The results showed that KCL fertilizer had the highest preference value and was recommended as the best fertilizer for watermelon plants in the study area. In conclusion, the application of the TOPSIS method in this decision support system is able to increase objectivity, accuracy, and efficiency in the fertilizer selection process, so that it can help kiosk owners in providing more precise recommendations to farmers.
