RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR
COMPUTER INSTRUCTORS WITH THE TOPSIS APPROACH

Instructors are assets owned by LKP Mandiri kursus as teaching staff for students. In this case, instructors who teach must have extensive knowledge so that they need good education. In this case, educational assistance for instructors is one of the supports from LKP to improve teaching staff in courses. The problem that exists in providing educational assistance at this time is that the requirements or criteria are unknown and are carried out in a non-transparent and less subjective manner. In achieving this goal, LKP Mandiri Kursus provides this assistance every year. TOPSIS is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods or alternative choices which are alternatives that have the smallest distance from the positive ideal solution and the largest distance from the negative ideal. From the results of the implementation and testing of the results, it can be explained that the decision support system that has been created can provide convenience in the process of selecting instructors who are entitle0d to receive educational assistance.
