Vaname shrimp cultivation is a business that is the main choice nowadays by shrimp farmers and shrimp farmers. Resistance to stress and extreme weather is the main reason for the popularity of this type of Vaname shrimp culture. Expert systems that adopt human expertise into computers have a strategic position to help solve the problem of diseases that attack Vaname shrimp. In this system, the inference used is Case Based Reasoning because the process is carried out to recognize the disease and its symptoms and early characteristics of the disease. The development of this system is web-based using the PHP and Mysql programming languages as the database. This expert system can represent an expert in the field of shrimp disease to find out diseases in Vaname shrimp based on existing characteristics and symptoms and can provide solutions if there are diseases suffered by shrimp.
