Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based E-SCM (Electronic Supply Chain Management) application for Bakso Mekar Sari using the CodeIgniter 3 framework and MySQL database. The primary objective is to optimize the raw material supply process by improving data accuracy, streamlining coordination among departments, and enhancing transparency in procurement activities. The study adopts a descriptive research design with a system development methodology based on the waterfall model, which includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application features multi-user access with distinct roles for the owner, production department, procurement department, and suppliers. Each user role has specific access rights tailored to their responsibilities within the supply chain. The system is developed using PHP within the CodeIgniter 3 framework and utilizes XAMPP as the server environment. The results demonstrate that the application effectively supports procurement planning, supplier order management, raw material stock control, and delivery confirmation. System testing was conducted using black-box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), showing that the system functions as intended and meets user requirements. The main output of this research is a functional web-based application that facilitates effective communication and coordination among supply chain actors. In conclusion, the implementation of this E-SCM application contributes to improved efficiency and accuracy in the raw material procurement process, ensuring a smoother supply chain operation for Bakso Mekar Sari.
