ABSTRACT
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SAW METHOD IN PROPOSING KIS-PBI RECIPIENTS IN PADANG SARI VILLAGE

In the process of nominating citizens who are eligible to become recipients of the Kartu Indonesia Sehat-Penerima Bantuan Iuran (KIS-PBI), sometimes the issue of Conflict of Interest arises. This also happens to the community in Padang Sari Village. To avoid this issue, it is necessary to have a system that supports decision making by the Village Head so that the resulting decisions are more targeted. The system in question must provide greater space for the community in accordance with the criteria established by statutory regulations. These criteria include: residence ownership status, physical structure of residence, income, history of chronic disease, dependents and availability of electricity. With these predetermined criteria, the system will determine who is eligible to be proposed as a KIS-PBI recipient. The decision support system designed by the author uses the Simple Additive Weighting method. The data used in testing this system was taken from data on proposals from KIS-PBI participants in Padang Sari Village during 2024. The results of this decision support system are a list of residents who are eligible and who are not eligible to be proposed as KIS-PBI recipients based on a predetermined threshold value. Apart from that, each citizen's preference value will be ranked from largest to smallest.
