Abstract
Barokah Furniture Store is located in Tanjungbalai City and operates in the furniture sales industry. The store faces issues in managing sales and customer data, which are still done manually and limited to promotions via Facebook social media, making it difficult to reach a broader customer base and maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to implement a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) system using PHP and MySQL to improve operational efficiency, customer data management, and customer satisfaction. The research methods include observation, interviews, literature study, and system development using the waterfall approach. The result of this research is an E-CRM system that supports customer profiles, transaction history, reviews and ratings, notifications and discount vouchers. The implementation of this system has proven to improve service ease, speed up transaction processes, and strengthen long-term relationships between the store and customers.
