Photo documentation plays a crucial role in preserving memories and supporting various administrative and publication needs of an institution, including Universitas Royal. However, managing photo archives manually presents challenges such as difficulties in searching, organizing, and safeguarding data. To address these issues, this study designs a web-based digital photo archive application using the Agile methodology. Agile is chosen for its flexibility in adapting to user needs through incremental development.
The resulting application offers practical solutions by streamlining the processes of uploading, categorizing, searching, and downloading photo archives. With secure and well-structured systems, this application facilitates efficient management of photo documentation. Technologies like PHP and MySQL empower the application to be a reliable tool for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of archived data.
This application is expected to enable Universitas Royal to better manage its photo archives, provide convenience for users, and deliver tangible benefits for documentation needs both now and in the future.
