INFORMATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
E-SCM AT NSH GROUP

NSH GROUP is one of the MSME businesses that produces various types of carpets. Carpet is a stretch of floor covering commonly used for home needs, and adds to the aesthetics of the house. In each production process, NSH GROUP contacts suppliers to procure raw materials to be produced. While in the sales process, the company sells its products to its own distributors and stores. Constraints encountered in NSH GROUP Currently, production data processing and raw material requirements are still done manually, so errors often occur in determining raw materials for production. Likewise with distributor data which is still done manually. To create its own satisfaction in the production process. Then Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) will be applied. E-SCM is a development of SCM. Chain management starting from the procurement of goods and services, converting raw materials into ready-to-use products. The results of this study are able to help NSH GROUP in the supply of raw materials, establish good relations between suppliers and distributors and provide convenience in the reporting process.
