Abstract

CV. Bos Muda RenCar is a company engaged in the car rental sector located in Kualuh Leidong District, North Labuhan Batu Regency, which was created to provide assistance to customers who want to rent a car for various needs. The problems that occur at CV. Bos Muda RenCar are not optimal because the income generated is not in accordance with the number of fleets available even though the number of fleets has been added, this is due to the lack of familiarity with CV. Bos Muda RenCar and the low interest of the public in renting vehicles at CV. Bos Muda RenCar. Therefore, a system is needed that supports the marketing process in renting vehicles to customers using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method. The application will help CV. Bos Muda RenCar in promoting products, maintaining good relationships with customers, getting new customers, increasing customer loyalty, providing services, and convenience for customers in accessing the products offered. In addition, it will make it easier for CV. Bos Muda RenCar to offer facilities provided by CV. Bos Muda RenCar and according to customer needs and desires. In addition, reports and car rentals are still not computerized, so there are errors in recording and also loss of car rental transaction files.
