Annajwa Travel is one of the umrah travel agencies that collaborates with various
business partners to support its operational activities. In selecting hotel partners,
a system is needed to assist in making objective decisions based on a number of
relevant criteria. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system
by applying the MFEP (Multi Factor Evaluation Process) method to optimize the
selection of the best hotel partner. The MFEP method is chosen because it is capable
of evaluating several alternatives based on the weight and score of each criterion.
There are 17 hotel partner alternatives assessed based on four criteria: distance to
the Masjidil Haram, hotel category, facilities, and price per night. Each alternative
is scored according to the predetermined weights of the criteria, and the total score
is calculated using the MFEP method. The results show that the best hotel partner
is Pulman Zam Zam Makkah (Alternative 5) in the first rank, followed by Alshohada
Hotel (Alternative 17) in second place, and Makarem Ajyad (Alternative 2) in third
place. This system helps make the hotel partner selection process more efficient,
measurable, and supports Annajwa Travel in making accurate decisions.
