Supply Chain Management is one of the key factors in supporting the smooth production process in the food industry, including at Pabrik Gula Merah Bapak Sutrisman. The main problem encountered is that the procurement process of raw material (nira) is still carried out manually, which makes it inefficient, prone to recording errors, and not well-integrated among stakeholders. To address these issues, this research designs and implements a web-based SCM system using the Lean Supply Chain Management (LSCM) method in order to make the supply chain process at Bapak Sutrisman’s Palm Sugar Factory more efficient, reduce waste, and improve the accuracy of raw material supply. The research methodology includes system requirements analysis using the PIECES framework, system design with Unified Modeling Language (UML), and implementation using PHP programming language with MySQL as the database. The system involves three main actors: admin, owner, and supplier. Its core features include raw material procurement request and confirmation, warehouse stock management, palm sugar production management, supplier management, and automatic reporting. The results of the implementation and testing indicate that the procurement process becomes faster, more structured, and transparent. The system also minimizes recording errors and supports real-time stock monitoring and reporting. Thus, the application of this web-based SCM system successfully improves the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management at Pabrik Gula Merah Bapak Sutrisman.
