Healthy Service Stores is a shop engaged in the sale of milk, medicines, snacks, and minerals. Healthy Service Stores sells milk for the elderly depending on the level of consumer demand. The shop sells milk for the elderly based on a predetermined volume, but the shop continues to increase the volume of milk for the elderly if consumer demand also increases. There is no computerized system for forecasting milk stock. To improve the accuracy of stock estimates, the Weighted Moving Average Method is used. By using the previous year's sales data to predict 1 (one) month ahead, namely in February 2025. The forecast results at the Healthy Services Store using the Weighted Moving Average are the predictions for Entrasol Gold in February 2025 as many as 61 boxes with a MAPE value of 4.94%, then the prediction results for Anlene Gold milk in February 2025 as many as 65 boxes with a MAPE value of 6.47%, the prediction results for Ensure milk in February 2025 as many as 34 boxes with a MAPE value of 9.09%, the prediction results for Appeton milk in February 2025 as many as 37 boxes with a MAPE value of 9.55% and the prediction results for Entramix milk in February 2025 as many as 42 boxes with a MAPE value of 7.84%.
