The home renovation program held by the government is often not on target due to many factors, one of which is the many criteria that must be considered to become a decision on aid recipients. Of the 8 criteria set, an appropriate algorithm is needed to perform calculations so that the results given are more accurate. The method used is a combination of 2 methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Method Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). The combination is carried out based on the advantages of each method in analyzing each criterion and alternative related to the selection. AHP is used to analyze the criteria so that it produces criteria that have good consistency. After that, the alternative ranking process is carried out using the MFEP method. The output of the Home Renovation Eligibility Decision Support System application is made to record and assess home renovation recipients with predetermined criteria. And the Housing and Settlement Service can find out recommendations for home renovation recipients who are eligible for renovation easily.
