The Umrah tourism industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth along with the increasing interest of the Muslim community to perform Umrah. PT Malindo Mekkah Madinah, as an umrah travel organizer in Batu Bara Regency, faces challenges in managing unstructured pilgrim data, making it difficult to access fast and accurate information. This research aims to design and develop an integrated information system using the Waterfall method, which allows efficient and effective management of pilgrim data. The Waterfall method was chosen because of its systematic and sequential approach, from planning to system maintenance. By implementing this system, it is expected that PT Malindo Mekkah Madinah can improve the quality of service to pilgrims and speed up the data processing process. This research also discusses the identification of problems faced by the company, scope restrictions, and the expected benefits of implementing this information system. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of information systems in the Umrah tourism sector and increase the company's competitiveness in an increasingly competitive industry.
