The implementation of a collaboration management system application between the Communications and Information Technology Service (Kominfo) and media managers is an effort to increase efficiency, transparency and accountability in carrying out various collaboration programs. This application was developed with the aim of simplifying the administration and communication process between the Communications and Information Service as the government and media managers as partners in disseminating information and public promotion. In managing this collaboration, various activities, such as planning, submitting proposals, making contracts, and reporting collaboration results, can be carried out more systematically and structured through applications. The main features provided by this application include managing partner data, creating and managing cooperation contracts, scheduling activities, as well as reporting and evaluating work results. This application also supports two-way communication between the Communications and Information Service and media managers by providing easy-to-access communication channels, such as notifications and dashboards to monitor activity progress in real-time. With this system, it is hoped that information management related to collaboration can be carried out more quickly, accurately and easily accessed by all parties involved. Apart from that, this application is also designed to minimize the potential for human error in recording and reporting, as well as optimize workflow through automation of several administrative processes. With real-time monitoring capabilities, related parties can evaluate the success of cooperation based on predetermined indicators, so as to improve the quality of cooperation in the future. The implementation of this application is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of public services, information management, and improving the government's image in terms of transparency and accountability.
