Abstract
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy used to enhance
customer relationships through information technology, enabling business
processes to run more effectively and efficiently. Emak Fatih Cake is a business
engaged in the processing and sale of various sponge cakes. Promotions carried
out through Facebook and WhatsApp are still suboptimal, causing buyers to
sometimes lack information about the products being sold. Additionally, sales
report recording at Emak Fatih Cake is still done manually. This study aims to
design and develop a CRM-based marketing website to assist Emak Fatih Cake in
managing customers and improving marketing effectiveness. The research method
used is a software development method with a web-based approach using PHP
and MySQL. The system provides online ordering features and sales data analysis
to enhance customer service. The research results show that the CRM-based
marketing website can improve order management efficiency, expand marketing
reach, and increase customer satisfaction through a more structured and easily
accessible service. With this system, business owners can manage customer data
more systematically, and customers can conduct transactions more conveniently.
