Abstract

Muslim Wholesale Store is one of the businesses engaged in fashion. Muslim Wholesale Store does not yet have a website facility that functions for the promotion of goods sold. So until now Muslim Grocery Stores have not had regular customers. Muslim Grocery Stores still use ledgers in managing and storing data of customers who have made sales of goods. Customers still have difficulty in ordering goods because the order must be done manually. Muslim Wholesale Stores do not yet have facilities to submit suggestions, criticisms and questions (FAQs) so that service to customers is still lacking. These various problems can be overcome by using technology that carries the concept of sales to customers, namely Customer Relationship Management. This application is made web-based so that it can be used online by users so it is designed and built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The hypothesis in this study is that applying the CRM method will make the marketing process wider and more attractive because customers can find out the goods in Muslim Grocery Stores with the variety of promotions given. Can meet customer satisfaction, improve service, get new customers and retain old customers, and accelerate the marketing process in selling goods effectively and efficiently at Muslim Wholesale Stores.
