Abstract
UD. Karya Kelurahan Mutiara differentiates itself by offering products that are different from those generally available on the market. Every item sold at this trading business reflects a creative and unique touch, both in design, materials and the manufacturing process. This trading business provides various kinds of handicraft products, ranging from home decorations, fashion accessories, to special gifts. With a focus on quality and creativity, each product is carefully produced by talented craftsmen. Each product is created with special attention to detail, using high-quality materials, so that consumers can experience the artistic value and durability of each piece. This trading business still uses an ineffective process, namely consumers have to come directly to the trading business if they want to buy a product. Sales transactions are still carried out by recording products that have been sold or purchased by consumers. Marketing in UD. This Mutiara Village work uses social media, namely Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook. By only relying on social media to promote products, these trading businesses may face limitations in presenting complete information about the product. A website can provide a more structured platform for displaying product descriptions, prices, and customer testimonials, thereby assisting customers in decision making.
