Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the internet, has become a
very important foundation in supporting business operational activities. In the
increasingly advanced digital era, business competition is becoming increasingly
fierce. Every company, including small and medium businesses, needs to have an
effective marketing strategy to increase sales profits amidst increasing
competition. One approach taken to achieve this goal is to implement a Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system. UD Sally Tanjung is a business that
sells various types of fashion, namely women's, men's, children's fashion, sarongs
and ulos. UD Sally Tanjung faces challenges in increasing sales profits. In this research, the researcher proposes to build a website-based information system using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. With this website, it is hoped that it can help UD Sally Tanjung in increasing sales profits and enable UD Sally Tanjung to better understand customer needs and desires.
